Office building near Hollywood and Vine
The eight-story edifice designed by architecture firm Gensler includes 115,000 square feet of office space, 174 underground parking spaces, and 8,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The mid-rise building is one of several large office complexes in Hollywood. Shotcrete Structures appreciates their working relationship with JH Snyder Construction.
Parking Structure - Fox Studios Los Angeles, CA
On this project Shotcrete Structures was contracted to place over 3,000cyds of 6,000psi Shotcrete in order to construct the 5 level parking structure for Fox Studios. While the original design called for the columns to be constructed via conventional CIP Concrete methods once the walls were constructed, this process would prove timely and expensive. To the benefit of all parties, Shotcrete Structures was able to provide value engineering time & cost savings by proposing and subsequently constructing the columns as an integral part of the Shotcrete wall.
